What Else You Need to Know: This expert multifunctional brush is essential for a well-blended application around the eye. Whether you start with a concealer or go straight for the shadow, the super-soft hypoallergenic, vegan bristles smoothly blend across the lid or hard-to-reach corners. The recycled aluminum ferrule balances the 4.25" bamboo handle, and the plush bristles won't shed like natural hair and ensure the smoothest application of your mineral foundation. They hold powders better than non-vegan brushes and are easier to clean and maintain. This brush pairs perfectly with our Redness Concealer Cream and any of our Mineral Eyeshadows (sold separately).

Omiana keeps returns and store credit simple for you. You can send product back within 30 days of your order date for a —
- refund to your original payment method (“return”) OR
- receive store credit through an electronic gift card (which we refer to as "exchange").
We understand it can take a few tries to get your perfect formula and shade:
- Return shipping costs to send your item back are on us for domestic Exchanges (within the USA)!
- No restocking fees.
- Product can be gently tested
Anything else I should know about exchanges and returns?
- Please ensure at least 90 percent of the product remains; we have to discard the product, of course, but this is one way our supporters demonstrate regard for this friendly policy.
- Product must be in the original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- While we will give you a full refund or store credit for your product, unused or gently used, we are unable to refund original shipping costs.
- If you initiate a return, you forfeit any discount that you may have used— this includes loyalty points, percentage discounts, and limited-time free shipping codes.
- Exchanges and returns must be initiated through the Exchange & Return Center for US customers.
What is non-refundable or not eligible for store credit?
- Freebies; promotional items; samples; eGift Cards
- Product specified as final sale in the product description/product page
- Products shipped back beyond the 30-day window
- Omiana product purchased outside Omiana.com, from a retailer
- Product damaged after being received in good condition
- Partial returns for gift sets
Products returned when purchased with an eGift Card will receive store credit.
Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item plus sales tax. Shipping is not included in refunds. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 1-2 billing cycles. If payment was made with a gift card, a merchandise credit will be issued and sent to you via email.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges vs Returns:
Exchanges - U.S. customers may exchange full-size items free of charge (limited to 3 times over three months as you circle in on the perfect shade or formula) We pay the shipping back to Omiana within the U.S. for exchanges. You are responsible for the shipping to you each time. By using the exchange link on the Omiana site, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed almost instantaneously, once an exchange is received, store credit will be emailed to you in the form of an electronic gift card code. To redeem, log onto omiana.com and place a new order for the replacement product at your convenience. Use the gift card code to access your store credit at checkout.
Returns - If you do not want to exchange but would rather receive a refund, you pay the shipping back to Omiana. Simply follow the same steps as the exchange with the main difference being, once the return is received your account will be credited the price paid for the product minus the return shipping charge.
For International/non-USA exchanges or returns please request a return authorization (RA) from Customer Service. Once an RA is issued via email, you are responsible for creating and paying for your own shipping label. International/non-USA exchanges and returns are to be sent to Omiana Exchanges/Returns, 28241 Crown Valley Pkwy, Suite F251, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677.

Omiana fulfills order the same day until 12 PM Eastern Monday through Friday, otherwise, your order will ship out the next business day.
Shipping itself takes, on average for US orders via USPS, two to four days (excluding Sundays). Omiana will publicly provide a notice (e.g., banner, etc.) and/or contact customers if there are potential exceptional delays (e.g., inclement weather affecting outgoing packages; holiday traffic, etc.) in processing and/or shipping.

We do not have an exact date for when we will reship to more countries, so please check back periodically—and again, subscribing to our infrequent, fun newsletters will keep you posted on updates such as new ship-to locations! We hear of people who route to family or friends in a country we do ship to, and then their source gets them their Omiana package. Just a thought!
QUESTION: Do you offer expedited shipping?
Priority USPS (and DHL for non-USA) are our fastest options right now. We cannot overnight packages at this time.
QUESTION: Can you ship to somewhere other than my billing address?
Sure! Just input the correct info when checking out. Once packages are in the mail, we cannot alter addresses.
QUESTION: Are international orders tracked?
They are; you will get an automated email with your tracking link after your initial order confirmation.
QUESTION: How do I check the status of my order?
Simply click the tracking URL in your shipping confirmation email. ALL emails receive tracking. (Note to gmail users: Sometimes we land in the 'promotional' folder or junk/spam folder, so please check it if we're not in your main inbox.)
