These brow pencils are boron nitride-free, paraben-free, talc-free, and more. The attached spoolie is a spiral-bristled brush for grooming brows and defined eyelashes. It combs and shapes the brows to frame the face and will leave your brows feeling smooth and natural while eliminating flaking.

Directions for use
