Trademarks

A trademark can be a word, phrase, symbol, or design that distinguishes the source of the goods or services. Also, as trade dress, it can be the appearance of a product or its packaging, including size, shape, color, texture, graphics, and appearance (e.g, retail store or website). Below is a non-exhaustive list of Omiana trademarks:

NOTE: We do NOT trademark sets of ingredients, as we believe the consumer has the right to know everything in their products!*

*Cosmetic companies can request trade secret status for a cosmetic ingredient / set of ingredients or apply for a patent: We do not have fragrance, flavors, or single or sets of ingredients that we'd try to umbrella under a trademark: we avoid typically trademarked ingredients and believe in full transparency for our customers. If we have any patents, it's to protect our formulas from replication.

Mission: Omission ™

People often come to Omiana nearly having given up on makeup but find what works within Omiana. Formulas are crafted in a USA GMP-upholding facility; cruelty-free; and cater to the most sensitive skin and those with specific ingredient needs.

Mission: Omission ™

Did you know? There are no established testing methods or standards in place to make products qualify to be non-comedogenic. We encourage learning which ingredients your skin favors and which truly clog or irritate, which is why we don't limit swap-outs or returns; we're here to help find your trusty go-to forever formulas.
